Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase from MotoMax. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned. Additionally, helmets and gear that have been worn or altered are not eligible for return.
  • How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@motomax.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund based on your preference.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order for the desired product.
